Rooms and clean

Beautiful restaraunt and great service!!

Hotel is very nice, accommodations are very nice, but make sure the water is drinkable. We had no notification that it was unsafe prior to booking. Once booked, we could not get a refund or credit on our account because of the issue............

Hôtel horrible, site que l'on peut qualifier de mensonger !||Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 et nous avons eu un sous-sol pour 4 avec un canapé que l'on ne peut pas qualifier de "canapé lit" avec vue directe sur le parking.||Chambre d'une saleté immonde !||Petit déjeuner continental : nous n'avons pas la même définition de ce terme !||Piscine à la limite du salubre.||2 nuits horribles !

I visited this place on Thursday non holiday season but still had to pay $250+ for 2 queen bed room. I chose this place because of good reviews on TripAdvisor, Google and close proximity to Yosemity valley. I didn't had much time to compare many other places due to last minute booking and I relied on the reviews. I felt the price that I paid was not worth for the room. It was not value for money. Small rooms, beds were little uncomfortable. In breakfast also there were not much options, no fruits. If you are looking for a crib for your baby then do carry some sheet to put on the crib floor. They do not provide any sheets for crib. Only staff were good and cooperative.

Nice spot near Yosemite. New look! Very clean! Simple breakfast - what you would expect.

Great hotel, service- overall fantastic stay. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel itself has history and charm. Our room was relatively quiet. I would stay here again in the future.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel in a peaceful setting with nice views. The old historic building, history, and decor provides a very pleasant indoor appeal. Our bed and room was small but very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. I recommend eating out on the front porch to enjoy the view. The front and back porches are nice in the evening as well. We would stay again for one or two nights.

Great place with affordable rooms close to Yosemite.

The Sierra Sky Ranch is a hidden gem just south of Yosemite The building is a renovated Rest and Relaxation location for World War II service members. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. All the rooms share a wooden veranda with plenty of room to sit on the front porch and relax. The restaurant was a welcomed surprise. The food was excellent, abundant and well worth the experience. Tiffany was a very good waitress. The staff is extremely friendly and will give you very good pointers on sites to see. Especially Scott the all-around handy man, law care, concierge The best advice was the Sequoia grove 9 miles away outside of Yosemite. This experience was an A+++.

Our family liked staying here for several nights while visiting Yosemite, July 2017. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every morning they gave us a large bag of ice for our ice chest and again in the evening, filled our ice bucket. The bathroom was beautiful! Great shower and separate tub. Restaurant on site- it was ok, convenient but not our fav dinner in Oakhurst. Breakfast is complimentary, good coffee, basic choices. There was some fresh fruit but it was overripe. The friendly waiter and maintenance man was interesting to talk with- both provided great recommendations for the park. We stayed in a spacious 2 room suite, it was beautiful, beds were comfortable , wished it would have had a patio and/or outside setting area. Beautiful facility. Recommended for families or couples visiting Yosemite.

An excellent place to stay, great staff, awesome rooms and decor. Just a hours drive to Yosemite vally. We stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable. You have to try the restaurant to. Thank you SSR staff, I hope we pass your way again.

Very nice, about an hour from Yosemite. Excellent rooms, quite relaxing. Make sure to have dinner there at least once, fantastic and affordable. Thanks to everyone there that made our stay wonderful. We extend our stay just to relax an extra day.

Awesome place, probably the best around Yosemite area. Clean, nice quit rooms with great outdoors.
