Great place to stay just outside Yosemite Valley!!

Well kept, but overpriced. Only stayed here due to proximity to ECCO. Signage on site could be improved.

This is an amazing and very unique property. The lodge is perfect for a Yosemite visit and really makes you feel relaxed. Lodge has great common areas. My room had porch to sit out after hiking and watch wild turkeys stroll thru for a visit. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Manager of property was very helpful to me and all guests.

A fantastic hotel that fit the rustic environment of Yosemite!

The rooms are very small, to include the bathroom. Its doable if youre creative where you store your belongings. No in room refrigerator, no closet, most importantly no chair to sit and put your shoes on. The breakfast was okay, the bed itself was fabulous! If you come, make aure you can sit out on their porch. Beautiful location, nice staff...just tiny overall.

Poor breakfast and staff service. Your breakfast was poor. When I ask the staff for refill some water, bread and eggs. She was not happy to go get it for me. I do enjoy the comfortable bed and food in the restaurant.

Pros: Hotel: The hotel is extremely cozy. Tables outside the hotel where you can sit and enjoy your wine. Quiet little places throughout the hotel to sit and enjoy. Its a wonderful built place with lots of space around for you to sit without feeling crowded. Cons: Breakfast: Breakfast was terrible. We were there as early as 7:45 AM and stuff was all over and no prompt refills. The bread was over. When the refill came, only white bread, no wheat bread. Jam was over. Cutlery was over. There was no one checking to refill. Someone had to walk to the reception desk every time to request a refill. Housekeeping: Housekeeping is terrible. Only the bed was made. Trash cans were not emptied. And this holds true in the breakfast area well. Trash from the previous morning was still present the next morning in the trash cans at the breakfast place. The trash cans were full and overflowing, but no one bothered to clean them. Definitely not worth the value.

Our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my family more comortable. The restaurant was amazing and the wait staff could not be any better. We stayed one night and did not want to leave. Located only minutes from bass lake or Yosemite. I will definately be returning at some point in the future.

Don't come after dark without your flashlight, nothing is lit nor marked.

Loved this place, such a log cabin feel, close to lots of places to see. Away from the rat race and great food!

An ok place to rest your head but don't expect anything special. Breakfast was woeful and the pool remains out of order despite being high season. The room was small but ok and clean. Staff were helpful though.

Very attentive staff in an interesting building. Excellent restaurant, a bit on the high side in price for travelers, but not relative to the quality of the meal. Would stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent site, but you are not allowed to swim in the pool. Breakfast is very poor and not sufficient for a morning hike in Yosemity. The restaurant serves good food but you might have to wait for three hours (serious) to get a drink or food, due to poor staffing. Not funny if you're hungry after a day in Yosemity. You'd probably better go and eat in the village.

Es un muy lindo hotel, recientemente renovado e inserto en un agradable ambiente campestre. Las habitaciones son cromados y prolijamente mantenidas. Buen desayuno, aunque no sea continental como promocionado. Aconsejaría cambiar la tipificación del mismo, pero repito, muy rico y balanceado desayuno.

Vi boede desværre kun 1 dag på Sierra Sky Ranch. Det er et meget hyggeligt lille sted, med en rigtig fin restaurant. Det er et perfekt sted at overnatte, hvis man skal besøge Yosemite. Man kommer i den helt rigtige stemning ved at bo her. Der er fine fællesarealer hvor man kan sidde og slappe af og nyde udsigten.

room is tiny. wifi not working all the time. food not good. staff neither professional nor friendly.

FANTASTIC stay! All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facility, delicious food, comfortable beds :) Would 100% stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel for individuals, families and corporate/retreat groups. Surprisingly upscale in a sophisticated rustic sort of way. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed on our way home from Yosemite. We arrived late and went straight to dinner in our hiking clothes. While we would have liked to clean up, the staff was very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. They even took our beverage order in the lobby as we checked in. Multiple excellent service experiences. Beautiful furnishings, fresh and clean. We will be back.

The staff at Sierra Sky really understand customer service. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was so convenient to Yosemite, just outside the lower park entrance but away from the crowds and chaos. The hotel is a beautifully renovated ranch house with rustic yet sophisticated decor and furnishings. Very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the steakhouse (8 of us) and everyone's meal was delicious and as described. The highlight was the staff. They were all friendly and anxious to take care of - and anticipate guests needs. Summer (at the reception desk) was particularly helpful and provided over-the-top service. We will be back! Note- great place for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or just a stop on your way in or out of Yosemite.
