Great food, great service, excellent location. The chef did a great job and was very attentive to the guests. The fried cheesecake was heaven.

SSR is a charming hotel with lots of history and close to a lot of outdoor activities. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms can only fit one person at a time. Food service spotty.

Beautiful room. Lovely setting. This hotel used to be a cattle ranch. Then it was place where shell shocked WWII vets could stay.

The best thing about Sierra Sky Ranch is the proximity to Yosemite National Park. Room was clean and the property overall was well maintained. The outdoor pool was dirty and we were disappointed that the on site bar & restaurant was closed during our entire 3 nights stay. Access to those amenities were key factors in our decision to book this hotel.

Very overpriced for the room we had...out in bunk house...room was very small with just 2 beds and a dresser...no sitting room. Room was clean and updated, but small

It was a Lovely location, close to the southern entrance of Yosemite. Comfortable rooms. Good value!

Nice place to stay. Clean and cool.

We scheduled a quick trip to Yosemite at the last minute and so we were not left with many choices in lodging. While this hotel is quaint and quiet, it is sparse in it’s room furnishings. Each room appeared to have a sitting area just outside which was a nice bonus.

I think offering CB and increasing the swimming hours, and offering a better internet speed would add to the quality of this hotel.

The room was comfortable and the staff in the hotel were nice.

Nice place, very quiet, great people. Only one complaint the house keeping needs to be supervised. The last day there they didn't make the bed properly. The bathroom was not cleaned the rooms were not vacuumed. Only complaint.

Very enjoyable, clean location. Close to Yosemite, which is why we chose it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful...seemed more like a family-owned than a chain. Disappointed that, although it was advertised as being included, the restaurant/bar was not open, since it is leased to a different party.

Good hotel for just showering and sleeping. Room is a bit cramped and not really set up well to just hang out in. Extremely clean.

We were doing a National Parks trip and had previously been to Sequoia and Kings Canyon and they both had snow and we had to go out of the park and around to get to Kings Canyon because the road between the parks was closed due to snow. We were also told we had to have chains which cost us $200+ dollars when in reality were not needed. So by the time we got to Sierra Sky we were frustrated and burnt out. We spent the day at Yosemite and it rained the entire time. So we decided to go home and not spend the additional night at Sierra. Because it was to late to cancel we decided we would pay the additional night and go home anyway. Sierra Sky only charged us a half rate for the second room which was very generous on their part. The facility itself was very clean and homey. It was not like your typical hotel which made it a welcome choice for us since we were in chain hotels the entire trip. The person who greeted us, Tammy, was excellent and extremely helpful and sympathetic. The restaurant was not open but I would imagine the food would be excellent based on the rest of the experience here. This is an ideal place to stay if you want a relaxing stay. The balcony area along the outsides of the rooms with all the comfy chairs would be great in better weather. Overall I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants a change from your standard chain hotel

Hôtel avec du charme. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Pas très bien situé par rapport à Yosemite ( 1h minimum avant d’atteindre les points de vue principaux). Choix du petit déjeuné casi inexistant il y a quelques gâteaux sous vides et cafe..
