Incredible location - just minutes from the Yosemite N. park and Mariposa grove. We were able to book within days of our trip which is an incredible luxury given such close proximity to the park. The couple that manages it are really sweet people. A very beautiful property with history and character.

I can’t wair to go back—it was wonderful, aside from that our fireplace was not working, and that the breakfast wasn’t good at all, we loved everything else!

Excellent room and hospitality. Location to Yosemite is ideal. Ranch itself is comfortable and cozy.

We loved it there but would have LOVED to see a ghost (which is what this hotel is know for). :-)

Kind of creepy, but nice people

Super friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The grab & go breakfast was not the best, but grab & go doesn’t promise much, so no complaints there.

Very comfortable beds in a clean hotel. There is no longer a continental breakfast which was disappointing. Staff very friendly.

Updated and clean room in a hotel with beautiful grounds. Very thin walls, it was easy to hear people in next room, but fortunately other guests were quiet.

Overall, liked the hotel and the location. The history behind the hotel added to the experience.

Superb setting and good value for money. Quiet and welcoming

As I drive a sportscar that I take fastidious are of the gravel drive way and parking lot were an immediate annoyance...made worse by a deep jarring rut at the entrance. We had to either drive further through or walk with our bags to our room the dusty gravel. Car aside, our shoes were a mess. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the main rooms and lobby are very charming and inviting. Room was very clean and tidy, but there were no chairs in our room. This became an issue as the all be it comfortable bed was high making putting on shoes etc difficult. The limited food service was a disappointment as we had driven all day, and had to go back out looking for dinner. the one meal we did have there was excellent, and the dining room is most pleasant.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in the Yosemite NP area. 20 mins drive to south gate by mariposa grove.
