Not a good experience. Small room. Sad shower. Nothing as advertised.

The staff was absolutely amazing when we checked in! Really helpful and knowledgeable! Really felt like you were in a cabin, but close to the little town, Oakhurst, if you need to go to the store before going into the mountains

In this age of the COVID-19 it is good to see such a nice place not only open but friendly. The good is the location with proximity to the Yosemite gate (30min) and the Mariposa trailhead. Also, 5min from shopping @ the near by town, but still out in the wild. Rooms are clean with nice view into the front yard. Pool was a bit cold but the near by BBQ dinner smell was great. No dinner for me as we eat earlier.

The property is in amazing condition. We were greeted immediately upon entering the lobby. Check in was smooth. We were given a tour of the property and shown to our room. Truly a best in class experience

Great guest service. More attention to detail prior to arrival may improve. For example, for family of four, only two set of towels and no extra toilet paper given. Hair dryer was too weak. Water pressure was too weak. Mattress size can be bigger for the size of room.

Excellent stay, would highly recommend to anyone. Staff was outstanding.

This was a cozy place and just like the pictures. Karen and Diana were great! Loved the family suite. Proximity to Yosemite was amazing!

The employees were so warm, hospitable, friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good! The property itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are incredibly small. The lights kept flickering in our room. The walls were paper thin, you can hear everything. People talking and people walking either in other rooms or the hallway. The WiFi is spotty but it was fine since the point of the trip was to disconnect for the weekend. This place is overpriced for the overall value.

Great staff and service. Loved the architecture, not the floorboards. WiFi was not really working but I didn’t mind it because we were on vacation

The hotel has a problem keeping their promise. I was not sure if I should cancel my trip due to the snowstorm, and I called the hotel. The first time this hotel told me no. Then my agent called and the hotel told her that I can reschedule once with no additional charge. I told her I would find a date and call back, and they said OK. When I called back, the hotel told my agent that my reservation was changed and they did not take a reschedule anymore. IT IS A LIE. No one had called and changed my reservation. They decide to charge me for one night and not allowing me to reschedule. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

Awful. No wifi, heat, or running water. Staff was friendly. Awful food.
