It is cozy place to stay and get away from the busy city

Amazing place to stay, and conveniently close to a relative. This was my 3rd time stay at the sky ranch. But it was the first time getting woke up at 2am to the sound of children running across the porch. I would’ve thought I was dreaming until my adult daughter asked me the next day if I heard the noise outside. I did get up and investigate, but it was dead silent outside. Strange, creepy, but i didn’t think much of it. Admittedly I didn’t know much about the sky ranch’s history, it wasn’t until I was mentioning to co-workers this strange event that i decided to learn more about the place. Ah ha, makes sense now! It’s a lovely place, literally the most peaceful hotel I am ever visited.

Friendly and spotlessly clean accommodation near the Yosemite park entrance. Lovely comfortable beds. I am looking forward to the buffet breakfast later and exploring the trails

The setting, customer service, the cozy comfortability of the Ranch is perfect.

Beautiful place to go and stay will recommend. Great location, wonderful environment, restful ,kind and friendly people. Love the entertainment room. Cute little resturant .fun wooden door, chraming. Great place to bring family and get away, but still close to home. Fair pricing and yummy muffins and coffee service with care.

I had a good experience in the Sierra Sky Ranch since it maintains much of its historic ranch character. It is also in good proximity to Yosemite while being in the countryside.

Found & booked this place by chance. Wanted to stay out of the valley in the foothills. Did not realize this was such a nice place. Rustic elegance.

I stayed here on Friday night. It was really a nice experience! The room was neat and comfortable. Surrounding environment was so tranquil. The service was great and considerate as well, gave me a list of restaurants and a guide brochure of Yosemite. The breakfast was also excellent. After settled down, I then found this place is famous for haunted ghost with a long history since 1875, which surprised me. But there was no ghost lol, not lucky enough for me. I chose here for its short distance to Yosemite, which is definitely an ideal hotel to enjoy traveling and relief the tiredness. Will bring my girlfriend here next time!

Comfortable and convenient location with a historical value and the quaintness of the "working ranch" theme is relaxing much appreciated.

I came here on my honeymoon, we went to explore Yosemite which is only about a 20 minute drive from this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here the staff was amazing and told us about the history of the hotel. Although the rooms are small, the common areas were amazing one room had board games so we got some tea from their amazing selection and played some games. The breakfast was delicious! If you get a chance explore this amazing hotel with incredible views of the mountains.

Was such a welcome experience and we wished we were able to stay longer. Absolutely loved this property!
