Great staff, they are very nice and respectful, good attitudes

No fridge in the room. And no restaurant or bar closed due to the winter season . Walls are thin I could hear people in the other rooms sneeze or cough. Free breakfast is mediocre more like a snack .

This is an amazing experience. The hotel itself is amazing, the rooms are fantastic, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Breakfast is really good. Thank you so much for making our trip to Yosemite amazing!

Me hospedé 4 noches, el hotel es bonito, sin embargo las habitaciones son pequeñas, no tiene espacio para colgar ropa, ni tampoco tiene una silla o sillón dentro de la habitación, el desayuno es austero no opciones veggies más que fruta, adicional la limpieza de la habitación fue bastante deficiente, no hicieron la limpieza aún y cuando se los solicité, no cambiaban sábanas (aún en estancias largas) y había basura en el piso que nunca recogieron, el precio es elevado considerando el mal servicio recibido, no me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel, la atención por el personal durante el desayuno fue muy amable que es lo único que puedo destacar de mi estancia.

Lovely hotel close to Yosemite. However the on-site tavern/restaurant was not open as described online.

A good hotel. Not the newest. But absolutely okay. But please avoid the breakfast. To the guys from the hotel: It is totally okay if you don‘t offer a breakfast or improve extremely

Changes are coming. Expansion to many more rooms doesn't bode well for the haunted ambiance. I understand it will make the new owners more $, but this lodge has been here since the late 1800s

Restaurant was closed, breakfast was almost non existent

The location was great. It was quiet and peaceful. A good view in the morning. Staff were friendly but it was obvious they were short staffed. Both check in and check out times, no one was in the registration area. You need to call the hotel phone to get their attention. Breakfast was mostly packed food. Overall, there is still room for improvement.

Staff was nice. Good location to Yosemite NP. Room was outdated and musty smelling. Pool was not clean and unable to use.

When headed to Yosemite this quaint hotel is a nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. If you stay here I would recommend a Yeti type cooler as the rooms do not have fridges or anywhere to re freeze ice packs. This was the only outdated thing that I think could be helpful especially for the price. The ice will melt too fast on a super hot summer day. This was our only issue, everything else was as expected.

The grounds were lovely and the location was close to Bass Lake and Oakhurst. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely small. The sunroom was good for reading but it would be nice to have a card table table in addition to the low coffee table. The breakfast could be a lot better. Owners should visit other properties of similar level to experience the difference.

It was so quiet. I love the ranch atmosphere. There are verandas everywhere with places to sit. The beds are comfy, no cold showers. Thank you

Lovely setting in a good location for Yosemite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Additionally there are communal lounge areas that can be used with games etc. Have stayed here previously 3 years ago and chose to stay again.

Sierra Sky Ranch is not a common-looking hotel. It provided a relaxing experience and is only a short drive to the restaurants and stores in Oakhurst. The staff is polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were decent for an older guest ranch. Restaurant and bar were not in operation. You have to drive into town to get food

A charming historic hotel in Oakhurst, in good proximity to Yosemite's southern entrance. Extremely friendly staff and very clean room and grounds. Exquisite landscaping and peaceful setting. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was simple, no hot options but enough to get you started. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I will never return to this hotel because it has zero insulation anywhere. I understand that's a risk you take staying in an old building and that they weren't built like that. Doors, walls, windows, you hear everything everywhere. Every conversation, every footfall. Also the smallest shower stall I've ever seen with very weak pressure. Shared balcony was a problem when my neighbors checked in at 8pm, yes I heard the entire conversation with staff showing them the room, and then they decided to have a dinner party right next to my windows and balcony doors. I gave them until 10 and after I called the front desk, they quieted down but the lack of privacy and any kind of sound insulation is a major downside of this otherwise charming and historic building.
