What a wonderful place to stay before heading into Yosemite's West entrance to go to Mariposa Giant Sequoia's. ! Then from the Sequoia's we headed to Glacier point and Yosemite Valley. The host and staff at Sierra Sky Ranch were wonderful. Our room was super clean, bed comfy. Loved that it used to be a working ranch and then during the war a hospital. Completely updated. Would definitely stay again!

2 week notice, help with my nieces wedding reception when her first choice fell thru. Wow did they pull it off with class. They accommodated the several dietary needs, provided top chef appetizers and buffet. The setting was classic, historic, and fun filled with outside games, inside rooms if you wanted to roam. It was meant to be! |Definitely consider this place!

Charming, friendly, and welcoming with a rich history—that’s how I would describe Sierra Sky Ranch. I stayed here and got ready before my wedding and Marlow made it the most memorable and inviting experience I’ve ever had. Gwen at the front desk, the housekeeping staff (thank you Elijah!!), and all others were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. From corn hole in the grassy meadow-like lawn, to a relaxing lounge in the brightly naturally-lit library, and everything in between—I’ve never been to a more peaceful, mountain oasis. Who wouldn’t want to stay here? This place embodies all that Oakhurst is. It’s a must stay if you’re looking for a more local, restorative visit. Thank you again, Marlow!!

Magnifique Ranch plein de charme

Check in, Zimmer, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, alles super!!! Es ist ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Bisher schönstes Hotel unserer Reise durch den Westen der USA. Super Ausgangspunkt wenn man zum Yosemite möchte! Hätten gerne noch verlängert.

I was pleased to see the beautiful ranch with a lush green grass and welcoming string lights with a tiny little fire place after long drive in total darkness. Even though it was midnight the assistant helped me with my laguage. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are bright and very clean. It is approx 35 miles outside of Yosemite national park South Gate. You find Tesla changers, all the necessary stores, banks, and convenient eating places like Taco Bell etc within 3 miles. I Iiked returning back to my room after long day hikes in the Yosemite park, taking hot showers and resting un disturbed in a comfy peaceful bed!!

Cozy place, staff very personable and accommodating. Rooms are nice.

The place has a wonderful atmosphere! It is a building with a history that is worth discovering. The people working here are helpful and friendly, helped us to find in the area nice places to eat. The rooms and common spaces are clean, well-maintained. Evenings spent by the fire and deer walking within reach will stay in our memory.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sierra Sky Ranch. This hotel is so charming! The staff were welcoming, kind, and accommodating.

Excellent stay at Sierra sky! A bit over an hour drive away from the Yosemite valley but nice break from the business of the park! Staff were superb! Diane went above and beyond to help us!

Local muito agradável, localizado nas proximidades de Yosemite. Não recomendo para usar esse hotel como base para visitar o parque, apenas como caminho de ida ou volta, pois até o parque tem uma estrada extremamente chata com muitas curvas, baixa velocidade, e leva mais de uma hora para chegar no parque. Instalações reformadas, tudo limpo, café da manhã melhor que a média apesar de focar muito em itens industrializados. Possui piscina. Infelizmente, não há frigobar no quarto (pelo menos no que fiquei), e as cortinas não são black-out. Quando ficar dia, seu quarto ficará totalmente claro.

Mit Abstand unsere schönste und vor allem herzlichste Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip! Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ob Spielen im Aufenthaltsraum, Lagerfeuer im Garten oder die tollen Zimmer mit der gemütlichen Veranda man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig nett und ein Highlight ist das tolle Frühstück. Wärmstens zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Complimenten voor de service en de dames aan de receptie!! Zeer persoonlijk, vriendelijk en vooral een warm onthaal. De locatie is fijn tov bezienswaardigheden. We hebben een extra nacht bij kunnen boeken!

Staying here with my daughter Maya for a quick adventure was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Gwen and Marlo and the rest of the staff treated us with genuine kindness. The room was spacious and well kept. The decor is absolutely charming and the proximity to Yosemite was perfect, just over 10 miles. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back again. I have already recommended Sierra Sky Ranch to my boss and other family members! We will return soon❤️
